Once a workshop fills, a waiting list will be maintained.  Please note that workshop refunds after 12/1/2025 will only be provided if your workshop spot can be filled.  Registration preference will be given to current Star Canine students. 

Female dogs in season may participate in the workshops, providing they are wearing panties.  Dogs that are aggressive and/or reactive to other dogs or people, are not permitted at this workshop.  If the presenter finds a dog to be aggressive, reactive, or otherwise in violation of this policy, the presenter shall have the discretion to excuse the participant from the workshop with no refund issued.  No exceptions.

Liability Release

DOGS WHOSE BEHAVIOR IS DANGEROUS TO OTHER DOGS OR HANDLERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN CLASS!

I understand that training a dog is not without risk to my dog in the form of injury, and in consideration of training my dog, I expressly assume this risk, and hereby waive and release Star Canine Community Training Center, LLC, its owners, its trainers, and the landlord at and owner of 6 Adler Drive, East Syracuse, NY, from any and all liability of any nature or damage my dog may suffer as a result of being trained or of any action in connection therewith.  I agree that any action or claim will be brought in the Supreme Court of Onondaga County, New York.

I also understand that attendance at dog training classes is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog because some of the dogs to which I may be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury, even when handled with the greatest amount of care.  In consideration of training my dog, I expressly assume this risk and hereby waive and release Star Canine Community Training Center, LLC, its owners, its trainers, and the landlord at and owner of 6 Adler Drive, East Syracuse, NY, from any and all liability of any nature for injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog.

Furthermore, in consideration of training my dog, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Canine Community Training Center, LLC, its owners, its trainers, and the landlord at and owner of 6 Adler Drive, East Syracuse, NY, from any and all claims or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to these training classes as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
